You will receive a notification email when your order is ready for pick up.
*Free U.S. shipping on orders $100 and over.
Shipping time is 3-7 business days and does not include processing time. We try our absolute best to ship orders out the day after an order is placed, sometimes even the same day. But, please allow for 2 business days for us to get your order shipped out.
*Cost to exchange items are the responsibility of the customer. Packages lost or stolen are the responsibility of the customer.
P.O. Boxes cannot be shipped UPS.
If you did not receive your package and/or it was lost, please email us at infosouthernvogue@gmail.com so we can file a claim for the package. If shipped via USPS mail, your package must be in transit for at least 15 days before we file a claim. If your package cannot be located after the claim and investigation has been filed, then we will reship your items. If they are no longer in stock, we will refund you for your order, minus shipping cost.
Please note: if the carrier confirms the delivery of your order, we are unable to issue a refund. You will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.
Please contact UPS or USPS regarding any shipping delays. We do not refund shipping charges if the carrier does not meet their guaranteed shipping time.
*Double check your shipping address. Orders cannot be changed or canceled after being placed.
