Return Policy
We hope that you love all your purchases from Southern Vogue Boutique. However, we understand you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within the 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. Store credit will expire after 90 days.
To be eligible for an exchange/return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange/return, you can contact us at infosouthernvogue@gmail.com. If your exchange/return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Items purchased at a discount of 25% or more and items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE along with accessories, bodysuits, swimwear and athletic wear. If you return a final sale item, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
Damaged items must be reported within two days of receiving your order. Please email us at infosouthernvogue@gmail.com and forward photos of the damage. *Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
